What you'll do

• Develop strategic, programmatic, and fiscal initiatives
• oversee program quality, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance
• lead budgets, resource allocation, and P&L performance
• supervise and develop up to six direct reports
• build relationships with business partners, government representatives, advocacy groups, and other stakeholders
• monitor performance and compliance metrics
• represent Dungarvin at community and industry events.
