Production Line Technician, 1st Shift

The Production Line Technician, 1st Shift role is onsite in Toledo, OH, paying $17.00 per hour. The technician joins A&M Cheese’s first-shift production team, processing and distributing cheese. The role supports production by preparing the work area and equipment, handling and cutting cheese, inspecting and packaging finished product, and palletizing loads. It also helps maintain safe, orderly production operations and minimize product and material losses.

What you'll do

• Assist with equipment setup and production-area preparation
• open cheese cases and totes and remove wrapping
• move product and raw materials with a hand jack or pallet truck
• cut cheese with a hand knife or wire cutters
• inspect, box, bag, weigh, and label finished product
• stack and wrap pallets
• bale cardboard and remove production-area debris
• follow safety and Good Manufacturing Practices.
