Part-Time Sales Associate — Miami

The Part-Time Sales Associate role is onsite and field-based in Miami, FL, with stated pay of $20 per hour and eligibility for a sales incentive program. The role is expected to work approximately 20–24 hours per week. ALSO develops small electric vehicles intended to support more efficient local mobility. The associate introduces customers to ALSO vehicles and supports the brand’s local launch through demonstrations, retail experiences, and community activations. The role helps turn customer interest into qualified leads and sales while sharing feedback with the Market Manager.

What you'll do

• Deliver customer experiences in mobile and fixed retail settings
• explain vehicle features and guide demo rides
• support local sales goals and qualified leads
• help set up and run events
• drive the custom Rivian electric van to and from events
• keep demo vehicles clean, charged, and customer-ready
• support retail hub operations as applicable.
