Head of Design

Job overview

The role leads product design and brand across both projects, shaping what gets built and turning complex financial concepts into clear user experiences. It contributes directly to product quality and identity through hands-on design, prototyping, implementation, and iteration in close collaboration with founders and engineers.

What you'll do

• Lead product design across UGLYCASH and Reserve
• help determine product priorities
• translate financial concepts into simple experiences
• own design from early flows and prototypes through polished interfaces, implementation, and iteration
• evolve visual identities and design systems
• use AI to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and execution.
