What you'll do

• Manage civil litigation caseloads, emphasizing resolution before trial
• represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations
• draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• handle case strategy, discovery, and trial preparation
• negotiate settlements and payment arrangements
• ensure compliance with applicable laws
• conduct legal research
• communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and internal teams
• review account documentation and evidence
• monitor deadlines and maintain case records.
