What you'll do

• Perform routine facilities maintenance, construction, and repair tasks
• inspect property for repairs or updates
• perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
• assist with painting, drywall, carpentry, fixture installation, and moving materials
• assist with grounds maintenance, including shoveling walkways and removing trash
• work with trades contractors
• maintain spare-parts inventory
• log activities in the work-order system.
