What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery, conveyors, dryers, and plant equipment
• troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automated production issues
• work with motors, bearings, gearboxes, belts, chains, and lubrication systems
• perform basic electrical troubleshooting, including three-phase motors and motor controls
• fabricate, weld, and install parts as needed
• coordinate with engineering, supervisors, and production to support safe operations.
