What you'll do

• Review resumes
• screen candidates and schedule interviews
• source and engage candidates through job boards, networking sites, databases, calls, texts, and email
• manage candidates in the applicant tracking system
• partner with hiring managers on intake, strategy, feedback, and offers
• support recruitment marketing
• maintain client relationships
• report on recruiting activity
• participate in process improvements. Occasional travel to client sites, conferences, or recruiting events may be required.
