Maintenance and Reliability Manager

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain a reliability-centered maintenance program
• lead root cause analysis and failure mode and effects analysis
• oversee preventive and predictive maintenance
• improve equipment effectiveness and reduce downtime
• manage CMMS data, asset records, work orders, and reporting
• coordinate with engineering and automation teams
• manage spare-parts inventory, vendors, and maintenance budget
• recruit, train, and lead maintenance staff
• support food safety and safety requirements
• travel between production facilities
• participate in on-call response to critical equipment failures and occasional off-shift or weekend support.
