What you'll do

• Develop first-of-a-kind CVD equipment and chamber capabilities
• translate process and device requirements into equipment specifications and performance targets
• collaborate with suppliers on hardware solutions and roadmaps
• support installation, startup, and qualification
• develop equipment maturity plans
• investigate faults and lead root-cause actions
• use equipment data and analytics to assess performance
• document knowledge for technology transfer.
