What you'll do

• Coordinate care for a group of patients during a designated period
• manage shift handoffs and conduct unit rounds
• support admission and discharge processes
• provide one-to-one assistance
• supervise the therapeutic milieu and use de-escalation techniques
• participate in performance improvement activities
• assist with activities of daily living and self-care
• follow charge nurse directives
• run Behavioral Health groups
• maintain required CPR and CPI certifications.
