What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop instructors
• set expectations and observe classes, providing coaching and feedback
• oversee group fitness programming and schedules
• coordinate substitutes and class coverage
• teach 10% of group fitness classes across the assignment
• gather member feedback and respond to class-related concerns
• partner with club management
• manage payroll submissions, equipment inventories, communications, and schedule updates.
