What you'll do

• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents for scope, risk, and constructability
• perform quantity takeoffs and develop cost estimates
• solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids
• manage subcontractor prequalification and bid lists
• assist with bid proposals and pricing deliverables
• support preconstruction and design schedules
• conduct constructability and value engineering reviews
• prepare RFIs and reports
• participate in coordination meetings
• support project handoffs to Operations
• maintain estimating data and pricing updates
• uphold safety, quality, and company standards.
