What you'll do

• Manage staffing needs and supervise nursing staff providing direct resident care
• assist with staff development
• provide direct resident care under established plans
• supervise clinical nurses and nurse assistants
• collect and document resident medical status
• assist with individualized treatment plans
• assist with recruiting and hiring
• monitor resident record documentation
• coordinate staffing schedules
• uphold resident rights and work with families and staff to resolve grievances
• complete Preceptor Training.
