What you'll do

• Depending on assignment, introduce age-appropriate yoga poses and sequences
• lead stretching, balance, breathing, and mindfulness activities
• help students develop flexibility, coordination, body awareness, and confidence
• create an encouraging and inclusive environment
• adapt activities for different ages, experience levels, and abilities
• keep students engaged through accessible activities.
