The Speech-Language Pathologist, PRN role is onsite in Piqua, OH. Pay is $55–$60 per hour. TMC provides physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to long-term care providers. The pathologist evaluates and treats communication and swallowing disorders, develops individualized treatment plans, and uses therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities. The role may also assess and implement augmentative and alternative communication systems and manage dysphagia through assessment, exercises, strategies, and rehabilitation techniques.

What you'll do

• Evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders
• develop individualized treatment plans
• provide therapeutic interventions for communication and swallowing
• assess and implement AAC systems and devices as appropriate
• evaluate and treat dysphagia using clinical assessments, exercises, compensatory strategies, diet modifications, and rehabilitation techniques.
