What you'll do

• Greet every guest like you’re glad they came.
• Master our doughnuts, coffee, ingredients, and tasting notes so you can speak to every item with confidence.
• Ask good questions, make thoughtful suggestions, and help guests discover something they’ll love.
• Remember regulars, their names, and their favorites.
• Take orders accurately, handle the counter and register, and deliver fast, friendly, professional service through every rush.
• Box, plate, and present product to Sidecar’s standards.
• Keep the front of house clean, stocked, and food-safe.
• Communicate clearly, support the line during the rush, and help the next shift start strong.
