What you'll do

• Develop lifecycle marketing strategies and customer journey maps
• establish CRM standards and governance
• partner with enrollment, admissions, academic affairs, engagement, and marketing leaders
• build and optimize email campaigns using Slate CRM and Mailchimp
• manage automated workflows, segmentation, personalization, templates, and communications calendars
• ensure accessibility, deliverability, compliance, and brand standards
• conduct testing and analyze performance
• develop dashboards and executive reporting
• lead cross-functional initiatives and coach assigned team members.
