The Mid-Market Account Executive - Attorney Services role is remote in the San Francisco Bay Area, CA, with Monday–Friday hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; salary is $85,000–$100,000 per year, plus commission and bonuses. First Legal provides litigation support services, including court filing, service of process, court reporting, eDiscovery, records retrieval, digital services, and investigations. The account executive develops new business and grows existing attorney and law firm accounts for Attorney Services offerings. The role builds client relationships, identifies prospects, manages account information and forecasts, and works toward sales goals while coordinating with account and regional managers.

What you'll do

• Secure new attorney and law firm clients for subpoena-based records retrieval
• grow existing accounts through cross-selling
• identify prospects through directories, databases, leads, online resources, and networking
• conduct continuing legal education opportunities
• maintain CRM account and opportunity information
• attend industry functions
• meet sales goals
• prepare reports
• maintain confidentiality.
