The project manager leads multidisciplinary projects from kickoff through closeout, coordinating scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and deliverables. The role supports safe, timely, high-quality project delivery while maintaining client relationships and contributing to business development and team learning.

What you'll do

• Lead projects from kickoff through closeout
• develop and manage scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and deliverables
• coordinate teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• monitor performance and address risks
• serve as day-to-day client contact
• manage forecasting, billing, and profitability
• handle change orders and contract modifications
• ensure quality and regulatory compliance
• support proposals and client presentations
• mentor team members and share lessons learned.
