What you'll do

• Perform restorative nursing services according to care plans and facility policies
• assist with range of motion, splints and braces, bed mobility, transfers and walking, dressing and grooming, eating and swallowing, prosthesis care, and communication
• coordinate assigned dining services and document meal intake
• assist with toileting programs
• complete daily flow sheets
• report resident changes and work barriers.
