What you'll do

• Maintain a leadership presence on the floor
• interact with guests, team members, and vendors
• train, motivate, mentor, and organize team members
• purchase supplies as directed
• monitor inventory and distribute supplies
• manage transactions and accounting
• record shift notes and assist with scheduling when needed
• ensure quality, health, safety, and sanitation compliance
• document and resolve guest incidents.
