The Manufacturing Training Coordinator role is site-based in Cypress, Texas. Compensation is not specified. The position supports production technician onboarding, development, and qualification at an assigned manufacturing facility. Enchanted Rock works in distributed energy, installing, operating, and integrating generation systems to improve reliability and reduce costs and carbon footprint. The coordinator develops and maintains structured training programs in partnership with Manufacturing leadership, subject matter experts, and Talent Development colleagues. The role translates operational knowledge into learning resources, tracks qualifications and training progress, and evaluates effectiveness to support technician readiness and consistent site training.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain onboarding, training, and qualification programs
• conduct training needs analyses and support competency models, learning paths, curricula, qualification cards, and assessments
• partner with leaders, technicians, and subject matter experts to define performance and training needs
• coordinate development, review, approval, implementation, and revision of training materials
• coordinate onboarding, assignments, and qualification activities across teams and shifts
• maintain records and track progress, gaps, and risks
• support trainer, mentor, and evaluator development
• evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
• monitor operational changes that may create training needs.
