What you'll do

• Prepare and coordinate accurate, timely submittal logs
• receive approved submittals and notify the Project Superintendent of potential schedule impacts
• prepare backup for change requests
• complete project closeout documents
• distribute contract documents and final requirements to subcontractors and the bookkeeper
• obtain applicable permits or confirm required information was sent to the appropriate city office
• schedule project meetings, take minutes, and distribute them
• attend project meetings and company training
• complete the Project Engineer Training Rotation Program.
