What you'll do
- Maintain membership records, attendance data, member files, and reports
- monitor the My ClubHub database and enrollment process
- prepare SACC reports and maintain its tracker
- assist the Unit Director with reporting
- train and supervise enrollment specialists and volunteers
- coordinate new-member orientation
- process membership fees, receipts, deposits, and scholarship forms
- liaise with the Division of Family Services on subsidized enrollment.
