Program Director

Program Director is an onsite, full-time role in Toledo, OH. Compensation is $40,000–$45,000 per year. The position supports club programming at Boys & Girls Clubs of Toledo. Reporting to the Club Director, the Program Director manages assigned programs, supports and trains staff, and helps ensure programming meets organizational standards and serves young people’s developmental needs.

What you'll do

• Develop and manage assigned programs
• support, train, and help evaluate program staff and volunteers
• coordinate program planning, supplies, membership processes, reports, events, field trips, and internal promotions
• monitor attendance and timesheets
• support safety procedures, parent communication, and community partnerships
• assist with public relations and tours
• periodically drive the club minibus when needed
• assume Club Director responsibilities in the director's absence.
