What you'll do

• Execute the dialysis program and provide direct patient care
• collect, analyze, and document health data
• develop care plans and interventions
• supervise LPN/LVN and support staff
• operate dialysis equipment and perform point-of-care testing and quality control
• obtain informed consent
• participate in performance improvement and track QAPI goals
• educate home dialysis patients and families
• maintain staff competencies and mentor junior staff as needed.
