What you'll do

• Support daily museum and retail operations as an onsite floor leader
• coach and develop retail and guest-experience teams
• reinforce service standards, professionalism, and accountability
• model guest engagement and handle escalations
• help associates tell the John Wayne legacy and product story
• support retail sales initiatives and product knowledge
• execute merchandising direction
• maintain compelling, organized displays and refresh them for new collections and seasonal themes
• support front-of-house, visual merchandising, back-of-house, technical museum, and event functions.
