Rehab Project Manager

The role supports timely, cost-conscious project delivery across existing properties and new acquisitions while leading direct reports and coordinating with project stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Plan, budget, and develop design solutions for construction and rehabilitation projects
• define project scope, timelines, and budgets
• identify material and labor needs and coordinate workflows, procurement, scheduling, and contractors
• address delays, weather challenges, and site emergencies
• manage recruitment, training, performance reviews, and development of direct reports
• monitor contractor compliance with scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards
• review payment requests and conduct inspections
• assess feasibility, costs, and risks
• prepare procurement documents and scopes of work
• coordinate subcontractors and communicate progress to the design team
• prepare weekly status reports
• coordinate with city officials, engineers, architects, and inspectors when required
• conduct property assessments, quality-control inspections, and periodic job-site safety inspections.
