What you'll do
- Supervise and provide leadership to LPNs, RNs, and CNAs during the evening shift
- ensure quality resident care and compliance with nursing standards and facility policies
- monitor staff performance, assignments, attendance, and accountability
- respond to changes in resident conditions, incidents, and emergencies
- ensure timely and accurate nursing documentation
- assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
- communicate with physicians, residents, families, and nursing leadership
- conduct rounds
- address staffing concerns and assist with coverage
- participate in the on-call rotation one week per month
- support survey readiness and regulatory compliance.

Why this role
