The Non-CDL Route Delivery Driver role is onsite in Tewksbury, MA, with pay of $23 per hour. Walden Local connects member families with local farmers through monthly meat deliveries and supports local and sustainable food and agriculture. The driver safely operates a delivery van on changing routes, delivers subscription shares to members’ homes, and coordinates with logistics and member experience teams. The role helps ensure deliveries are completed accurately and smoothly while supporting vehicle safety and reusable delivery-bag returns.

What you'll do

• Drive a 14-foot delivery van in urban, suburban, and rural areas across New England in varying weather
• load and unload the van
• communicate with Logistics and Operations
• complete vehicle safety checks
• deliver monthly meat subscription shares according to instructions
• collect and return delivery bags for reuse
• answer basic member inquiries
• complete route and vehicle paperwork
• maintain van cleanliness
• coordinate delivery adjustments with Member Experience
• assist with warehouse tasks on scheduled non-delivery days.
