Project Coordinator

Job overview

What you'll do

• Assist with planning, executing, tracking, and communicating project work
• create and maintain job files
• answer incoming calls
• identify process improvements
• manage customer and stakeholder expectations
• track scope, schedule, and cost changes
• support operational plans for permitting, procurement, labor, quality, safety, and scheduling
• coordinate project activity through billing
• obtain subcontractor and staff documentation
• communicate timelines
• and enter accurate data in Microsoft Dynamics.
