• Develop HVAC and/or plumbing system designs for commercial building projects
• create and coordinate mechanical drawings and 3D building models in Revit
• collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams
• produce design documentation, layouts, and technical drawings
• identify and resolve design challenges
• support project delivery from design development through construction.
