The Behavior Technician (BT/RBT), Applied Behavior Analysis role is onsite in Englewood, NJ, part-time, with mostly afternoon and evening shifts. Pay is $22–$28 per hour. Links ABA Therapy provides one-to-one ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes. The role helps children build communication, social, and independence skills by delivering therapy, tracking treatment-goal data, and implementing behavior plans with a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The technician also supports families with strategies and progress updates.
