Driver Payroll Specialist

The Driver Payroll Specialist is an onsite, full-time position in Anderson, IN, with pay of $21–$23 per hour. The role supports Carter LOGISTEED Express and Carter LOGISTEED Logistics by processing accurate and timely payroll for company drivers. The specialist reviews trip, load, mileage, and other pay information across transportation and payroll systems, resolves discrepancies, and responds to driver questions. The role works with Human Resources, Operations, Dispatch, and Accounting to meet payroll deadlines and maintain accurate, confidential records.

What you'll do

• Process and review driver payroll by established deadlines
• review trips, loads, mileage, stops, detention, layover, bonuses, reimbursements, and other pay
• use TMW and ADP to review and process information
• compare system data and supporting documents to identify discrepancies
• respond to driver payroll questions
• process corrections, adjustments, deductions, reimbursements, and final pay
• maintain payroll records
• set up new drivers in payroll and transportation systems
• assist with reports, reconciliations, audits, and payroll projects.
