Client Care Service Coordinator

What you'll do

• Recognize and address client needs
• delegate and complete callbacks
• schedule consultations, rechecks, and procedures
• request and attach records and diagnostics
• confirm appointments
• conduct patient follow-up and inpatient updates
• monitor diagnostic requests and results
• send records and summaries to referring veterinarians
• coordinate doctor schedules, discharges, visitations, and communication with service technicians.
