The Pastry Cook position is onsite in Whippany, NJ, with a 4:00 a.m. start, five days per week, and a base schedule of Tuesday through Saturday; the role is 35–40 hours weekly. What you'll do

• Prepare and bake fresh pastries using established formulas and production systems
• maintain consistent quality and presentation
• work with the Executive Chef team to learn recipes and standards and contribute creative input as skills grow
• assist with seasonal and limited-time offerings
• maintain food quality, cleanliness, and organization
• order ingredients and track weekly inventory
• support menu execution and recipe testing
• provide pastry support to sister brands as needed
• occasionally assist with product deliveries using a company vehicle
• follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures.
