What you'll do

• Lead a studio and foster student engagement, challenge, and independence
• facilitate discussions, project-based learning, and core academic work
• track progress and use data to coach students toward goals
• build a culture of ownership, respect, and accountability
• develop learning experiences, projects, and exhibitions
• communicate with families
• mentor less-experienced Guides.
