What you'll do

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and personnel
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminals, public areas, parking facilities, roadways, and perimeter areas
• monitor unusual activity and access concerns and report observations
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations according to site protocols
• assist with directions and information
• maintain activity and incident documentation.
