Fabrication Department Team Members work onsite at Buck Knives’ manufacturing facility in Post Falls, ID. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour. Depending on the opening, team members operate heat-treat, tumbling, laser-etching, or preparation equipment; inspect and organize components; follow work instructions and safety procedures; and support production quality and material flow. The department contributes to the manufacturing process behind Buck Knives products.

What you'll do

• Depending on the assigned opening, operate heat-treat, tumbling, or laser-etching equipment
• load and unload components
• prepare parts for assembly
• follow established processes and work instructions
• monitor equipment
• inspect quality and identify defects
• track production or maintain records
• keep work areas clean and organized
• follow safety procedures
• cross-train and assist in other areas as needed.
