What you'll do

• Update project budgets and weekly cash-flow projections
• track accounts receivable
• analyze budgets, funding, estimates to complete, and staffing
• reconcile and submit monthly invoices
• follow up on payment status
• audit and reconcile direct costs
• prepare voucher corrections
• coordinate timesheet corrections
• review travel authorizations and expense reports
• code vendor invoices
• track subcontractor hours, expenses, and funds
• support month-end procedures and program reviews.
