What you'll do

• Manage a caseload of children in foster care, protective supervision, or adoption
• conduct face-to-face visits with children, parents, and caregivers
• document home conditions and child wellbeing
• complete family assessments and safety plans
• provide crisis intervention and conflict resolution
• coordinate community services and referrals
• assist parents with case plan tasks
• prepare court reports and summaries
• attend court and provide testimony
• update case plans and court documents.
