What you'll do

• Own the vision and strategy for the unified trucking technology stack across planning, procurement, pricing, and carrier experience
• lead the trucking unification program and manage change and migration risks
• drive automation initiatives such as automated dispatch and appointment scheduling
• optimize cost-to-serve, procurement savings, and carrier performance
• redesign trucking workflows
• improve carrier touchpoints
• collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Operations
• use data-driven frameworks to guide investment
• mentor product managers.
