Junior Estimator / Project Manager — Los Angeles

The Junior Estimator / Project Manager — Los Angeles role is onsite, with job sites across the Greater Los Angeles Area. The schedule is Monday–Friday, with start times between 6:00–9:00 AM and end times between 3:00–6:00 PM depending on the project. Compensation is $80,000–$100,000 per year, depending on experience. The role supports STS Construction’s residential and commercial remodel, new construction, tenant improvement, repair, restoration, and emergency services work. The role assists the General Manager with estimating and project management, helping develop customer relationships and move projects from site assessment and proposal through execution and financial review. It combines field knowledge, estimating, customer communication, and coordination to help ensure projects are delivered to scope.

What you'll do

• Contact homeowners and management companies requesting proposals
• walk job sites and translate observations into estimates and proposals
• present proposals to potential customers
• coordinate project handoffs with the General Manager and other Project Managers
• manage projects
• review profit and loss after completion
• meet monthly with accounting and ownership to review financials.
