The Special Needs Swim Instructor role is onsite in Canton, MI. Compensation starts at $22 per hour. The instructor works exclusively with children in Aqua-Tots Swim School’s SNAP (Special Needs Aquatics Program). The instructor adapts swimming and water-safety lessons to each child’s needs, helping students build skills and confidence in and around water. The role supports the SNAP program’s individualized approach to safe, supportive aquatics instruction.
