What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive ambulatory nursing care
• assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and teaching needs through direct, telephone, telehealth, and electronic encounters
• coordinate care with the healthcare team
• and support clinicians in delivering quality care. Requires an accredited nursing program, an associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing, a California RN license, BLS within 30 days of hire, and 18 months of nursing experience.
