What you'll do

• Prepare food items according to prep lists and recipes
• maintain a clean, sanitary station
• operate assigned kitchen equipment
• inspect freshness, expiration dates, and temperatures
• rotate stock using FIFO
• report unusable food or beverages
• clean the workstation for the next shift
• communicate workload and needs to the next shift
• interact with guests according to hospitality standards.
