What you'll do

• Welcome patients and visitors
• review paperwork
• explain treatment modalities
• set up, administer, and monitor treatments
• follow provider-directed TMS protocols
• conduct weekly assessments as needed
• manage staff training, schedules, timecards, and coverage
• support patient census and retention
• validate insurance and oversee billing entries
• complete audits
• enter patient and treatment data
• troubleshoot TMS equipment
• maintain compliance and confidentiality.
