What you'll do

• Lead vendor selection, onboarding, performance reviews, renewals, amendments, and offboarding
• serve as primary liaison for assigned vendors
• facilitate business reviews and planning sessions
• monitor contractual, service-level, and regulatory performance
• support remediation, audit findings, and risk mitigation
• maintain vendor records, scorecards, and dashboards
• analyze performance data and report on savings and value
• partner on RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes and negotiations
• identify portfolio overlaps and consolidation opportunities
• educate internal partners on vendor management practices.
