What you'll do
- Manage renewal parts orders from receipt through shipment
- process customer orders and gather information for shop orders
- coordinate with Engineering, Production Planning, Quality, Accounting, and Sales
- process customer changes, pricing updates, and delivery schedules
- communicate order and shipping status
- coordinate production reschedules
- prepare shipping and contract documents
- maintain shipping approvals and inventory documentation
- assist with training
- participate in an on-call rotation
- follow safety, quality, and ISO 9001 standards.
